Jennifer N. Yencarelli is an associate with Alvarez, Winthrop, Thompson & Storey, P.A. Her practice is focused on insurance, product liability, transportation, commercial, construction, consumer lending, real estate, and class action disputes.
Ms. Yencarelli graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a minor in Business Administration. At age 23, she was the youngest in her class to graduate with her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008.
She has over eight years of experience litigating complex and other general civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Prior to joining the law office of Alvarez, Winthrop, Thompson & Storey, P.A, Ms. Yencarelli was a founding partner of J&J Legal, PLLC. There, she leveraged the depth of her experience to provide clients with expeditious and cost-effective solutions to disputes and litigation. In addition to making partner at another insurance defense firm, Ms. Yencarelli previously served two years as Senior Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida. While an Assistant Attorney General at the Florida Office of the Attorney General, Ms. Yencarelli's accomplishments on the Mortgage Fraud Task Force and in Antitrust Litigation earned her a Distinguished Service Award.
Ms. Yencarelli's unfettered work ethic drives her to provide the best solutions for her clients. She currently resides in Thornton Park and enjoys Crossfit, SUP, ketogenic cooking, painting, and volunteering outside of the office.
